We do sell some used items, but they will be marked as "used" and where possible a description of any wear/tear, if any, will be given.
All sales are final on used items.

Returns on NEW items may be accepted at Harber's discretion and are subject to a restocking fee. You must send an email stating the item, date of purchase, order #, and reason for return and receive a return authorization. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Payments may be made by paypal, cashier's check, personal check, or money order. We do not accept COD.

Items purchased with paypal, cashier's check, or money order will be shipped as soon as payment processes. Items purchased with personal check will be held for 7-10 business days for the check to clear. Once the check clears, the item/s will be shipped.

Occasionally we will offer some large items (i.e. furniture, etc). We will not ship these items. Any item that we will not ship due to size/weight we will put in the description as "LOCAL ONLY". This means the item will have to be picked up.
